ABOUT LEXIE

Originally from the Cayman Islands, Lexie began an internship with The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman when she was 16 years old and was hired on full time after graduating from Johnson & Wales University. She started as a Manager in Training for the Events Team, and was promoted and relocated to various hotels from Grand Cayman, New York, Toronto, Half Moon Bay, and San Francisco. Her most recent position was the Associate Director of Meetings & Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.

Prior to entering the hotel industry, Lexie did an internship with a real estate brokerage in the Cayman Islands – an overwhelmingly positive experience that has stuck with her throughout the years. After shadowing a sales agent, she was intrigued and knew that at some point in her life, she wanted to have a career in real estate. She has planned countless weddings, conferences, and celebrity events and sees helping clients purchase or sell their homes as another major event in their life that she can help guide them through.

Though they relocated to the Cayman Islands, Lexie’s mom is originally from Jamaica and her father was born in Florida. She’s the eldest of six siblings, all who still reside in the Cayman Islands. Since moving to Columbus, Lexie has enjoyed exploring the city and learning about everything that Columbus has to offer. She has a passion for wine and trying new restaurants. She spends most of her free time with her husband and step-children, and enjoys yoga, running, plants, gardening, and painting.
